Hmmm, I don’t like sites that blink, or are overcrowded, but this one takes the cake. It’s a great teaching tool.

This site is presented as a teaching tool, so incorporates many designs errors. It’s difficult to read, the flashing items are distracting and downright annoying.
Of course the first step would be to stop all the movement. Next, tone down the yellow background. White makes the text easy to read. Finally, the navigation cues should be orderly and fit common web surfing practices (i.e. clearly labeled and links in working order).
